FAMILY: team hansen

I am SO behind. So very behind. I moved in June…some of my stuff if still in boxes. I have a to do list longer than my hair. I haven’t put up a blog post since like…2013.

But that’s ok. To be honest, I have been way more stressed out in the past. Sometimes life gets a little it overwhelming, but if I have learned anything in my 26 years, there isn’t a whole lot you can do about it besides just power through and get whatever done that needs to done, done. So I am slowly but surely making my way through the to do list. I am taking deep breaths (breathes?) and just reminding myself that I will get through it and it will all be so worth it.

Plus, the woman in these photos had a lot to do with harvesting the positive energy I find in my life. Jess Hansen was one of the MANY amazing coaches I played for but she is one of the most amazing role models I could have dreamt of. I have looked up to herĀ since day one on that court and I have never stopped. She has the most influential and wonderful energy that you are just drawn to, you have to be around it. I wish so badly I could just get the chance to be back in volleyball class or back in the gym running 17s (SIKE) but getting to be her friend as an adult will have to do šŸ˜‰

JessĀ and her husband Ryan play enormous roles in young athletes lives. Just look at them. I honestly can’t tell if I am looking at teachers, a family, athletes or models because they are all so pretty. All of them! Go Team Handsome, I mean Hansen, GO!

Thank you both for always playing a huge role in not only my life, but most of my Auburn generation’s lives as well. Love you all!
